STOP – Poland vs. Finland

Curiously enough a custom made sign from a lab in the Institute of Nuclear Physics in Cracow, Poland
seems so much more complete than a standardized equivalent used on construction sites in Finland.
Perhaps the latter was rendered so hideous to attract more attention?

Update 23.10.: Here is an interesting example from Turkey, similar to the Polish one.
