Społem 1907-2007

“Społem” is a Polish co-operative established in 1907.
Today – and this counts for young Poles especially – it is mostly associated with the times of the communist regime
when most supermarkets and groceries were run by “Społem” and I still remember the cups and plates from my school cafeteria
branded with this logo. Here it is in a version very much stylised by time and weather from somewhere around the eastern edges of Warsaw.
