This is fairly common in northern and western Poland.
This particular example is quite saturated even for local taste.

After a long summer break and off-line time we’re back with plenty of typographic discoveries.
Here’s a whole set of signs shot by the lakes near Budapest by Orsi Frey and sent to me by my friend Bali.
