Here’s a little bit of worn-down Amsterdam in the shape of a door covered with stickers and hand-painted lettering.

I checked the Dutch-English on-line dictionaries, couldn’t figure out what this means though.
Anyway that’s not why I shot the photo in the first place. Quite nice consistency in letter styling.
Note how the brick wall has been used as a grid for the horizontal strokes!

The first Netherlands feature on Typotrip brought back from a stopover in Amsterdam.
Sjaak might actually mean something but until someone enlightens me about the meaning
I’ll assume it’s just a funny name for a boat.
Is it odd kerning and stains or does it say “S.J.AAk”?
